Jenny Ho

Jenny Ho, CHRL, is currently the Head of HR at BrainRidge Consulting Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jenny served as People Operations Manager at Valsoft Corporation from May 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included HRIS system implementation, HR data analysis, international HR management, and leadership training. Jenny's extensive experience in human resources includes positions as Human Resources Generalist and Global HR Coordinator, where key achievements involved managing HR partnerships, leading M&A integrations, and optimizing employee engagement. Additionally, Jenny has consulted for People Bright Consulting Inc. and worked in various roles in HR coordination and administration across different organizations. Jenny holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo and is pursuing a Certificate in French Studies at Seneca Polytechnic.
