Christian Jackson

Christian Jackson has over 25 years of experience in the field of product and technical management. Christian began their career in 1994 as a Sr Systems Engineer, Network Engineer and Systems Analyst at IDX Systems (GE Healthcare). In 2000, they joined WebDialogs, Inc. as Director of Technical Services and Sr. Sales Engineer. In 2007, they moved to IBM, where they served as Senior Technical Product Manager (Cloud Services, SaaS, Web Conferencing). In 2016, they transitioned to GE Digital as a Sr. Technical Product Manager. Christian is currently employed at Brainshark as a Senior Product Manager.

Christian Jackson has a background in computer information systems. Christian attended the University of New Hampshire and Bishop Brady High School in Concord, NH. In 2017, they completed a course in Data Science and Analytics with Python at UNH. In 2016, they completed GE Predix Developer Training. In 2015, they attended IBM DesignCamp at the IBM Design Center in Austin, TX. In 2014, they obtained Pragmatic Marketing Focus and Foundations Certifications. In 2002, they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and in 1999, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE, MCP+I, MCP).
