Eric Caron

Eric Caron has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Eric began their career in 2007 as a Junior Software Engineer at OEM Controls, where they developed internal software for the manufacturing department. After completing their internship, they were offered a full-time position.

In 2010, Caron joined Tsunami Tsolutions LLC. as a Junior Software Engineer and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Senior Software Engineer. Initially hired as a Java developer, they later transitioned to working on C#/.NET projects.

Caron then moved on to FrontStream in 2016, where they worked as a Full Stack Web Developer. Eric'sresponsibilities included designing and building a C# application that monitored a SQL Server queue and maintained data synchronization with various remote API endpoints. Eric also implemented new user session security measures.

Most recently, Caron joined Brainshark in 2018 as a Senior Software Engineer and was subsequently promoted to Senior Software Engineering II before becoming a Software Engineering Manager. In this role, they focused on the Microsoft tech stack, including .NET technologies.

Eric Caron earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "Developing Self-Awareness" and "Ten Tips for the C# Developer" from LinkedIn, in January 2021.
