Sandeep Soman is the Vice President of Product at Brainshark. Sandeep has over 20 years of experience in product management and design. Sandeep has a proven track record of driving growth and transformation at startups and established companies.

Most recently, Sandeep was the Vice President of Product Management and Design at Qstream. In this role, they led a team of six product managers and designers, and helped the company break through $10M in ARR for the first time in its history. Sandeep also established a major presence in the $5B sales enablement market with a laser-focused approach to product-market fit.

Prior to Qstream, Sandeep was the Vice President of Product Management and User Design at Brainshark. In this role, they streamlined and prioritized product delivery for 1M+ enterprise end users with a data-driven methodology, leading to revenue-generating capabilities and establishing Brainshark as a clear leader in the Sales Readiness market.

Before joining Brainshark, Sandeep held various product management and design roles at startups and established companies such as FrontlineView, Productery, and more.

Sandeep has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Sandeep Soman graduated from National Institute of Technology Calicut with a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications.
