Scott Fraatz has a diverse range of work experience. Scott started their career in 2011 as a Team Member at Target, where they worked for four years. In 2014, they joined the Italian Home for Children as a Public Relations Intern and later became a Development Manager. At the Italian Home for Children, they were responsible for managing various Blackbaud products, coordinating fundraising events, and overseeing volunteer engagement. In 2017, Scott joined William James College as a Development Associate, where they served as the Blackbaud Administrator and assisted with fundraising efforts. Scott later became the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving, working closely with different departments to develop and manage an active alumni relations network. Currently, Scott is working at Brainshark, where they started as an Account Development Representative before being promoted to Senior Enterprise Account Development Representative. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager.

Scott Fraatz completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies with minors in Public Relations and Business Management from Bridgewater State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Norton High School between 2006 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, Scott obtained several certifications including "Building a Coaching Culture: Improving Performance Through Timely Feedback" from LinkedIn in May 2023, "Identity & Access Management- Learn LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID" from Udemy in December 2022, and "Blackbaud Certified in Raiser's edge" from Blackbaud in April 2017.
