Taylor Lynde has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2011, they started as a Data Entry Associate at G.S. Precision, Inc., where they managed converting physical archive documents to a computerized filing system and took on additional responsibilities in component inspection and CNC machine operation. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Health Care and Rehabilitation Services of VT. In 2015, they became a Server and Bartender at Applebee's, where they excelled in sales and promoted top-shelf cocktails and charity donations. From 2016 to 2016, they worked as a Server at The British Beer Company. In 2017, they joined Not Your Average Joe's as a Server and Bartender, receiving early bar training based on their expertise. Since 2019, Taylor has been at Brainshark, starting as an Associate Customer Support Representative and gradually advancing to Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they provide technical troubleshooting support to customers, serve as a subject matter expert, and handle third-party and SSO configurations.
