Deanna Sparks

Deanna Sparks is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and education administration. Currently serving as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Romeo Senior High School since October 2022, Deanna has previously worked with Brainspring Orton-Gillingham as an Educator, specializing in tutoring students with dyslexia. Deanna's extensive teaching experience spans multiple subjects, including English and various social sciences, at Memphis Community Schools, where involvement in extracurricular activities was also prominent. Other roles include Engineering Change Coordinator at ZF Group, Office Manager at First Congregational Church-UCC, and various positions related to retail and sales. Deanna holds a Master's Degree in Communications and Multimedia and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education English from Saginaw Valley State University.
