Jamie Lindsey

Jamie Lindsey is a Reading and Dyslexia Specialist at Brainspring Orton-Gillingham since August 2017, providing diagnostic prescriptive instruction to students with learning differences. Previously, Jamie served as an English Teacher, Reading Specialist, Yearbook Advisor, and Student Leadership Advisor at The Briarwood School from August 2011 to July 2016, adjusting instruction to accommodate all learners. Additionally, Jamie has experience as a Reading Intervention Teacher at the Institute of Reading Development and as a Phonics First Tutor. Jamie holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Literacy Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Oakland University.
