Paul Root

Paul Root has extensive experience in technical and service delivery management, currently serving as Technical Services Manager at Braintree District Council since April 2017. Prior to this role, Paul held positions such as Service Delivery Manager at both Capita and Serco from June 2012 to March 2017 and June 2005 to May 2012, respectively. Additionally, Paul worked as Performance Manager at ITNET from February 2002 to May 2005 and held various roles including Server Team Leader, Shift Leader, and Computer Operator at Braintree District Council from September 1984 to February 2002. Paul received education from The Ramsey Halstead.
