Rahul Deshpande

Rahul Deshpande has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Rahul is currently the Founder Director & CEO at BrainWave (BWC Labs), where they guide customers in their digital transformation journey using PLM solutions and helps build digital threads for OEMs and Tier 1 companies. Prior to that, they served as the CTO at SmartAP - Digital Account Payables from 2017 to 2020. Rahul also founded goNandi.com, a gift registry platform adopted for Indian culture, from 2012 to 2015. Rahul has worked at various other companies including Tata Consultancy Services, Geometric Ltd., Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Honeywell AES, and Johnson Controls, holding roles such as Domain Consultant, PLM Practice Head, PLM Solution Architect, and Consultant. Their expertise lies in PLM solutions and digital transformation.

Rahul Deshpande's education history includes several notable achievements. Rahul earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Nagpur University, which they pursued from 1993 to 1997. Following this, they obtained a Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC-ACTC, Nagpur, attending the program from 1997 to 1998.

In 2008, Rahul Deshpande pursued an MBA degree in Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, completing the program in 2011. Continuing their educational journey, they recently attended XLRI Jamshedpur from 2019 to 2020, where they specialized in Business Analytics for Senior Managers with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Rahul Deshpande has also obtained several certifications. Rahul completed the SPIN - Selling Technique course offered by Huthwaite in October 2009. Moreover, they successfully completed the LAMP - Large Account Management Program at Miller Hiemen in September 2009.
