Wayne Halstead is currently the Growth Director at Brakes Group, where they leverage their extensive expertise in sales leadership and new business development within the foodservice industry. Previously, Wayne held various roles at Brakes, including Group Business Manager and National Accounts and Export Growth Director, contributing significantly to corporate and national account management. They began their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Rank Motorway Services. Wayne graduated from Leeds Polytechnic with a degree in Hotel Catering & Institutional Management.
