Edson Guedes has extensive experience in industrial administration, currently serving as the Industrial Administration Supervisor at Bralyx Ind. e Com. Ltda since June 2014, where responsibilities include managing the Manufacturing Area, Production Planning and Control, and Process Engineering to enhance productivity and quality through various methodologies including the Toyota System. Previous roles include Industrial Manager at Belt Group do Brasil Ltda, focusing on lean organizational structure and cost reduction initiatives, and Process Flow Supervisor at Timken do Brasil Ltda, where significant improvements were achieved in Lean Manufacturing, resulting in increased capacity and reduced inventory. Edson holds a specialization in Industrial Administration from Fundação Vanzolini and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Centro Universitário Braz Cubas.
