The company has also sales representatives in Spain, Bulgaria, Russia, Turkey and Portugal, multiplying the exchange between gastronomic cultures and spreading its expertise in the food industry. 
Our brand is present in more than 70 countries and our main buyers are Turkey, Italy, Portugal and England. We also participate in major events in the pastry and bakery industries, such as Europain, in France, and IBA, in Germany  and have just founded an office in the USA.

OUR MACHINES
Bralyx’ lines supplies from small to large productions. Apart from the Brazilian finger food –coxinha, pao de queijo, brigadeiro–, our machines adapt to the production of ethnic foods such as Latin (croquete and truffle), Arab (kuba and maamoul), Asian (manju) and Italian (arancini and stuffed gnocchi).
