Peter Berardi, CMA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Peter has held key positions in various organizations, demonstrating strong leadership and financial expertise. From 2000 to 2005, Peter worked as a Controller at Blake Equipment Company, where they were responsible for financial reporting and systems. Peter also performed M&A analysis for two acquisitions. From 2005 to 2018, they served as the Vice President of Finance at Blue Bell Mattress Co. LLC, where they played a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of the company, including M&A, treasury, risk management, and benefits. In 2014, Peter joined Bay Path University as an Adjunct Professor in Accounting, teaching both on-campus and online courses. Peter also served as a board member for the university. From 2018 to 2019, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Polder Products, LLC, overseeing financial operations. Currently, Peter is the Chief Financial Officer at Braman Termite and Pest Elimination, where they are responsible for leading the accounting and operations conversion of the company's systems and implementing data analytics. Additionally, Peter has future plans to work as an Adjunct Faculty member at Goodwin University in 2023. Peter Berardi, CMA has a strong educational background in finance and accounting. Peter obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance/Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Hunter College, where they attended from 1980 to 1984.
In addition to their degrees, Peter Berardi also holds the certification of Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Peter obtained this certification in August 2021 from Certified Management Accountant: CMA® institution.
