Carly Proett

Carly Proett has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Carly started their career as an Accessories Intern at Seventeen Magazine in 2009. From there, they worked as a Counselor at Camp Longhorn in 2011. In 2012, Carly joined Arise Africa as a Communications & Programs specialist. Carly then moved on to LaForce + Stevens, where they first served as a Consumer & Lifestyle Intern and later as a Junior Account Executive responsible for pitching media placements, event planning, and trend research. In 2013, they became the Marketing and Social Media Manager at Basta Surf. Notably, Carly also took on the role of Marketing and Social Media Manager for Basta Surf at RAJ Swim in 2015. Additionally, they gained experience at (RED) as a Projects & Operations Senior Associate and later as an Operations Associate & Internship Coordinator from 2016 to 2017. Carly's freelance work as a Social Media Marketing Consultant started in September 2017 and lasted until January 2018. Finally, they are currently serving as the Marketing Director at Branch Basics since October 2017.

Carly Proett obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Studies-Human Relations from The University of Texas at Austin in the year 2012. In 2014, they completed a program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became a Holistic Nutrition Coach. Furthermore, in July 2015, they obtained the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
