Khadijat Yusuf has extensive experience in customer solutions and client experience, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Branch International since September 2021, where responsibilities include loan review. Previously, Khadijat held roles at Concept Nova from March 2018 to August 2021 as a Client Experience Executive, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Prior to that, Khadijat worked as a Customer Success Lead at VisaCover from July 2016 to April 2018, managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and supporting recruitment and training.
