Jeffery King

Jeffery King serves as the Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Strategies at Branch Communications, LLC, since April 2024, with a robust background in the wireless telecommunications industry. Previously, King held the position of Vice President - Site Acquisition Intake at Tillman Infrastructure, LLC, where innovative processes were pioneered for site acquisition development. Prior to that, King spent several years at Crown Castle as Regional Manager of Site Acquisition, overseeing a team responsible for tower entitlements and zoning approvals. Experience in management and site acquisition also includes roles at Network Real Estate, Goodman Networks, Ericsson, Civil Solutions, Sprint, and PageNet, showcasing a comprehensive expertise in telecommunications project management and real estate negotiations. King holds a Juris Doctorate in Property Law from Texas Southern University, along with further legal education and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Grambling State University.
