DonnaMarie Stalbaum

DonnaMarie Stalbaum is the current VP and Head of Product Management at Branch Insurance. DonnaMarie has over fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked for Encompass Insurance and Allstate.

DonnaMarie began their career as a Financial Analyst at Allstate in June 2005. In September 2006, they were promoted to Product Associate Manager. In January 2012, they were again promoted, this time to Line Manager. In May 2014, DonnaMarie left Allstate to join Encompass Insurance as their Auto Line Director.

As Auto Line Director, DonnaMarie was responsible for establishing customer and key stakeholder relationships, building credibility, assessing customer’s requirements, and recommending differentiated products to meet those needs. DonnaMarie also performed product analyses and reviewed multiple data sources to determine customer trends and communicate results to senior management. Under their leadership, Encompass Insurance launched alternative distribution partnerships that resulted in new agency contracts.

In July 2019, DonnaMarie returned to Allstate as their Director of Transformative Growth. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of analysts and product managers to develop new growth strategies for the company. After a year in this position, DonnaMarie was promoted to their current role as VP and Head of Product Management at Branch Insurance.
