Jackie Wages has a strong background in the insurance industry, with experience in sales, office management, and quality assurance. Currently working as a Contact Center Quality Assurance Manager at Branch, Jackie oversees quality standards within the phone contact center. Jackie also has experience as a Sales Leader and Insurance Agent. Prior to this, Jackie worked at Best GEN Homes as an Office Support Manager and at Sammons Financial Group Member Companies as a Team Lead for Regional Sales Consultants. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Sioux Falls.
