Harish Thimmappa

Harish Thimmappa is the current Vice President of Sales for Discovery at Branch. Harish has over ten years of experience in the mobile and tech industries. Harish has consistently driven revenue growth for their previous employers and played pivotal roles in algorithm development and optimization.

Harish Thimmappa began their career in mobile advertising sales with InMobi in 2009. Harish quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Director of App Advertising Sales for North America in 2012. Under their leadership, InMobi's app advertising business in North America saw significant growth. Harish was awarded best Sales Leader and was a speaker at CES and other developer conferences.

In 2013, Harish left InMobi to join Supersonic as Vice President of Mobile User Acquisition. At Supersonic, Harish expanded the company's business into China and built a local sales team. Harish also drove consistent QoQ revenue growth in App Install verticals and Mobile Video Advertising. Harish played a key role in the development of Supersonic's optimization algorithm, which resulted in increased fill-rates for the firm and conversion rates for app marketers.

In their current role as Vice President of Sales for Discovery at Branch, Harish is responsible for driving growth and expanding Branch's reach globally. Under their leadership, Branch has become the leading platform for mobile deep linking and attribution.

Harish Thimmappa completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Science and Engineering at Visvesvaraya Technological University. After working for several years, they decided to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow.

Harish Thimmappa reports to Rahul Shah, SVP, Sales & Customer Success. Harish Thimmappa works with Mike Nabasny - VP, Sales, David Brown - VP, Customer Success, EMEA & APAC, and Navid Zolfaghari - VP, Global Sales.
