With a proven track record in developing security strategies, implementing compliance frameworks, and leading teams, Lester has played a pivotal role in achieving PCI DSS validation and SOC2 Type II certification across various organizations. Lester began the professional journey as Director of Merchant Security at Visa and has extensive consulting experience. Education includes an MBA focused on Computer and Information Systems Security from San Francisco Bay University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from San José State University.
