Ryan Tucker

Ryan Tucker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and renewals across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of CX and Renewals at Branch since August 2025, Ryan previously held the role of Sr. Director of Customer Success & Renewals at Pantheon Platform from April 2022 to February 2025. Prior to that, Ryan was the Sr. Director of Customer Success for the Americas at Sitecore from October 2018 to April 2022. Ryan's career also includes significant positions at Clarivate, where Ryan served as Sr. Director of Program Management and Director of Global Success and Services, and at Tactical Design Labs as Director of Strategy and Advisory Services and Regional Director of Customer Success and Services for EMEA.
