Kateryna Kravets

Kateryna Kravets has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of design and project management. Kateryna is currently working as a UX/UI Designer at branchspace - digital reinvented since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a UI/UX Designer from October 2021 to March 2022, where they focused on designing interfaces for apps and web platforms. Kateryna conducted user research, developed personas, and created clear and accessible interfaces based on user needs.

Before their design roles, Kateryna held various positions at DEC Camp from 2016 to 2021. Kateryna served as the Chief Operating Officer from March 2018 to May 2021, overseeing operational aspects of the organization. Kateryna also worked as a Project Manager from November 2017 to March 2018 and as a Program Director from May 2016 to November 2017.

Kateryna Kravets has a Master's degree in Economics from the National Aviation University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In 2021, they attended Mate Academy to pursue UI/UX Design, focusing on user interface and user experience. Kateryna obtained additional certifications such as "How Color Works" from Projector Institute in March 2022 and "Introduction to User Experience Design" from Coursera in November 2021. Other certifications include "User Experience Fundamentals" from Gymnasium in November 2021, "Learning how to learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects" from Coursera in October 2021, and "Figma 3.0" from Skillbox in September 2021. Kateryna also has certifications in various professional and organizational skills, such as "Organizational Structure of the Business" from Visotsky Consulting Kyiv in February 2021 and "The Structure of the Company" from OTA Group in January 2021. Additionally, they have certifications in nonviolent communication in a team, obtained from U-Integral, LLC in May 2019. Kateryna has attended conferences, including the Tri-State CAMP Conference in Atlantic City, United States in May 2018, the ACA Conference in Albuquerque, United States in March 2017, and a Holistic Facilitation program in Armenia, Yerevan facilitated by Erasmus+ in December 2016.
