Brooke Talavera is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and management with a strong background in non-profit and staffing sectors. As the Culture & Engagement Manager at Brilliant Corners since January 2022, Brooke has played a vital role in recruiting over 130 new hires within three months, having successfully brought in 30 new hires in the initial 90 days.
