Daniel Frankland

Daniel Frankland is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and education. Currently serving as a German Speaking Account Executive and previously as a German Speaking Order Administrator at Brand Addition since June 2022, Daniel has developed valuable skills in client management. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Assistant at Waitrose & Partners from December 2014 to December 2021, where Daniel managed customer queries and stock maintenance. Additionally, Daniel undertook a nine-month placement as an English as a Foreign Language Assistant at Schiller-Gymnasium Europaschule Hameln, facilitating English learning for students and supporting teachers during a year abroad. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in German Studies from The University of Manchester.
