Kerissa Beach has extensive experience in customer service and support roles across various industries. Currently, Kerissa works at Brand Blvd, serving as a Customer Service Representative, Program Coordinator, and Fulfillment Coordinator since November 2022. Prior to this, Kerissa held multiple positions at lululemon from May 2017 to October 2022, including the role of Educator. Additional experience includes serving as a Server at Summer Salt Restaurant and Hog's Breath Cafe Australia Pty Ltd, as well as a Lead Barista at Starbucks, where management and efficient team guidance were key responsibilities. Kerissa began her career as a Sales Associate at Sport Chek, assisting customers with sporting equipment, and served as Athletic Department Support Staff at Niagara College, maintaining facility standards. Kerissa also has experience as an Auxiliary Constable with the Wingham Police Service, performing various law enforcement duties. Kerissa holds a degree in Police Foundations and General Arts and Science from Niagara College.
