Sales Associate - Elka Collective at Brand Collective

Juliana Casagranda has a diverse range of work experience. Juliana started their career as a part-time Crew Member at HOYTS Group, where they gained valuable customer service skills and leadership experience. Following that, they worked for Brand Collective Pty Ltd as a Sales Assistant for Elwood Apparel Co., where they further developed their customer service skills and gained experience in handling customer queries and complaints. Juliana then transitioned to the role of Sales Associate at Elka Collective within the same company, where they continued to enhance their sales and customer service skills in the luxury retail sector.

In 2022, Juliana joined Stantec as an Undergraduate Electrical and Civil Engineer. In this role, they were part of the electrical team and provided support to the renewable energy project engineer by conducting feasibility studies for solar energy projects. Juliana also assisted the structural team in modeling, reviewing, and researching sustainable construction and design methods. Later in the year, they were promoted to the role of Energy Engineer at the same company, where they continued to provide energy engineering solutions and financial analysis reporting for various industries and scales, with a focus on solar energy incorporation.

Throughout their work experience, Juliana has consistently demonstrated their ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks and customers at once, and deliver excellent customer service.

Juliana Casagranda completed their Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree with a minor in Renewable Energy from Monash University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School from 2005 to 2018 and obtained their VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education). In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Worley's Risk & Safety Virtual Experience from Prosple in November 2021 and Project Management Level 1 from Continual Professional Development in July 2020.
