Maxine Tanner has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Maxine started their career as a Sales Consultant at Mimco in 2013, where they focused on delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales. Maxine then interned at HEW Clothing and worked as a Backstage Assistant for The Fashion Team.

In 2015, Maxine took on roles at Melbourne Spring Fashion Week as an Emerging Designer Runway participant and at Zimmermann for a work placement. Maxine continued their career at Mimco as a Team Leader before moving on to The PAS Group, where they worked as a Design Assistant for Yarra Trail. Maxine'sresponsibilities included style and trend research, print development, and technical sketching.

Maxine also worked as a Freelance Design Assistant for The PAS Group's Marco Polo brand, developing technical sketches and contributing to style and print development. Maxine later became a Junior Designer at Marco Polo, collaborating with the Senior Designer to create cohesive collections aligned with the brand's identity and customer values.

Currently, Maxine is a Designer at Brand Collective, specifically working on the Marco Polo brand. In this role, they design and executes commercial ranges, creates seasonal collections aligned with fashion trends, and follows the creative vision from initial design stages to the finished product.

Maxine Tanner started their education journey at Star of the Sea College from 2007 to 2012, where they completed their VCE. Later, they attended the University of Canberra from 2013 to 2015, pursuing a Bachelor of Fashion Apparel Engineering and Design with a focus on Fashion/Apparel Design.
