Nadine A. has extensive experience in the footwear industry, starting their career in 2010 at Specialty Fashion Group as a Product Developer and Graphic Designer for Women's Footwear. Nadine was responsible for driving design within the department and ensuring the range was on-trend and marketable. Nadine also managed product development and delivered commercial products on time.

In 2014, Nadine joined The Ladelle Group as a Product Manager, where they worked for a year before moving on to Munro Footwear Group in 2015. At Munro Footwear Group, they held two roles: Assistant Product Developer for Men's, Children's, and Sport Footwear, and later, Buying Assistant. In these roles, they developed seasonal ranges from concept to delivery, maintained quality standards, and drove design for on-trend and market-leading ranges. Additionally, they worked closely with the Buyer to achieve financial performance and operational excellence.

Currently, Nadine is working at Brand Collective as a Product Developer. Nadine started in December 2019 and is currently in the role of Product Developer for Julius Marlow. Nadine previously held the role of Product Developer for Clarks. Further details about their current role are not provided.
