Rachael Carlile has a strong background in event production and corporate partnerships. Rachael currently works as an Event Producer at Brand Faction since September 2023. Prior to this, Rachael was a Director of Team Operations at Enboarder from July 2021 to June 2023, where Rachael focused on creating better human connections within organizations. Rachael also has experience as an Event Manager & Strategic Projects at IBM and as a Corporate Partnerships Manager at Telstra.
