Jolene Smith

Jolene Smith currently serves as the State Operations Lead at Brand Influence Group (BIG) since May 2021. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Bunnings from June 2017 to August 2022, including Retail Assistant, Administration G4, and Receptionist. Jolene worked at Kmart Australia Limited from October 2015 to June 2017 as a Retail Associate, following earlier tenure at Kmart Australia from August 1994 to August 2011, where positions included Extended Trade Manager and Retail Services Manager. Additionally, Jolene led a team of over 30 retail merchandisers at Creative Activation from January 2012 to October 2015. Education was completed at Corowa High School with a Year 10 diploma.
