Melissa Low has over 15 years of experience in account management and customer implementation within the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as an Account Executive at BIG (Brand Influence Group) since January 2015, Melissa previously held the position of Customer Implementation Manager at Unilever from 2006 to 2014, where responsibilities included communicating National Retail Field objectives and overseeing point of purchase activities. Earlier in Melissa's career, a role as Customer Operations Manager for Coles at Campbell Arnott's was undertaken from 2005 to 2006. Melissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Western Sydney University, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
