Eric Pompei has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eric is currently working as the Vice President of Partnerships at Brand Innovators, where they oversee a community of over 25,000 senior brand marketers and media leaders. Previously, Eric was the Co-Founder and Owner of Bark.Splash.Wag., a mobile pet grooming business, where they successfully re-launched the company and implemented new marketing strategies. Eric also served as the Vice President of Partnerships at Adweek, where they developed integrated media plans and drove sponsorship revenue for events and industry tent poles. Prior to that, Eric worked as the Senior Director of Business Development at RTM Business Group, focusing on acquiring new business relationships and expanding into new markets. Eric also has experience at IQPC, where they started as a sponsorship sales executive and later became a Divisional Sales Director, leading all sales development program activities. Eric began their career as a Regional Sales Representative at E. & J. Gallo Winery and also gained experience through an internship in Marketing and Special Events at Red Bull New York.

Eric Pompei earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from York College of Pennsylvania between 2004 and 2008. Eric also had the opportunity to study abroad for a semester at Universidad LCI Veritas in 2006, where they focused on Spanish, Marine Biology, and Photography.
