Robert Lanterman

Associate Director, Client Success at Brand Innovators

Robert Lanterman has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Server at Carabbas in 2016. Robert then transitioned to Marlow's Tavern, where they served as a Server and Key Employee from April 2017 to December 2018. During their time at Marlow's Tavern, they also took on the responsibilities of a Hospitality Manager from January 2019 to May 2020. In this role, they oversaw hiring and training, raised sales, and implemented data-driven budgeting. Robert successfully grew the catering program and achieved per-person sales growth.

Currently, Robert Lanterman is working as a Coordinator in Client Success at Brand Innovators. Robert'sduties include helping oversee the cultivation of various events and projects, such as livecasts, roundtables, and wine tastings for Fortune 500 Marketers. Robert also contributes to lead generation and internal communications. Starting from May 2022, Robert has been promoted to the role of Manager in Client Success at Brand Innovators.

Robert Lanterman has a diverse education history. From 2021 to 2022, they attended Kennesaw State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they attended Georgia State University and earned a Bachelor of Hospitality degree with a specialization in Hospitality Administration/Management.

Before entering university, Robert completed their high school education at Jones County High School from 2010 to 2014. Although they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study at the high school level, it served as the foundation for their later academic pursuits.

In addition to their formal education, Robert has obtained two certifications relevant to their field. In 2017, they became ServSafe Certified for Alcohol service, and in 2018, they obtained the ServSafe Food Handler certification, demonstrating their proficiency in food safety practices.
