Johan Andersson

Johan Andersson is a Chief Growth Officer with over 15 years of experience leading change. They began their career as a reporter and editor for various Swedish newspapers and magazines, later taking on roles such as Key Account Manager and Business Director at Spoon Publishing, where they oversaw strategic projects and team management. Johan also served as the Head of International Expansion, successfully driving growth in Scandinavia. Currently, they hold positions as Interim Member Experience Manager at Talent Match and Founder of Baby Elephant. Johan has an Associate’s Degree in Pre-Law Studies from Blekinge Institute of Technology and has pursued literature courses at Uppsala University.
