Brand New Day has developed a number of programs to support our members, their family and caregivers, and the members’ family doctor and specialists. Our focused approach is personalized to help keep our members healthy and independent, with benefit plans and specialized programs available which allow the member to choose the program that best meets their healthcare needs. We offer programs for Medicare eligible individuals with Medicare and individuals with ongoing medical conditions, such as Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Dementia, or Mental Illness.
