Maria Williamson

Maria Williamson has extensive experience in member services, currently serving as the Director of Member Services at Brand New Day Health Plan since September 1993. In this role, Maria establishes service quality goals and implements strategies to ensure exceptional customer service for members, including coordination of covered services and handling escalated cases to enhance member satisfaction. Previously, Maria held managerial positions at Universal Care from September 1993 to June 2022, including Manager and Member Services Supervisor. Maria holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Long Beach City College, earned from January 1995 to May 1999, and a High School Diploma from Jordan High School, graduated in 1989.
