Russ Wootton

Russ Wootton is a CG Supervisor at Brand New School. Russ previously worked as a freelance artist for Superstring from January 2002 to April 2012. As a freelance production artist, they were often a lead or senior member of the team. Russ has worked for clients including Coke, EA, UPS, Michelin, AOL, Samsung, Chase, Nike, Hyundai, Lowes, McDonalds, and more. Their skills include modeling (maya, Zbrush, Mudbox), lighting (Mental Ray, Arnold, Vray), texturing (Photoshop, Zbrush, Mudbox), animation (Maya), compositing (Nuke), and CG supervision. Their clients have included MPC, Psyop, Mass Market, Framestore, The Mill, Logan, SuperFad, My Active Driveway, The Molecule, HunterGatherer, Leroy and Clarkson, Plus et Plus, Heavy, and Turbulence effects.

Russ Wootton has a Masters of Fine Art from Parsons School of Design - The New School in Design and Technology and a BA from Marlboro College in Art.
