Glenn H.

Glenn H. has extensive work experience in various technology and engineering roles. Glenn is currently working at Brandcrush as a Principal Engineer since October 2023. Prior to that, Glenn was the Engineering Director at Brandcrush (acquired by Criteo) from March 2023 to October 2023. Glenn also served as the CTO at Brandcrush from March 2020 to March 2023.

Before joining Brandcrush, Glenn worked at Gooroo.io as a Technical Lead from February 2017 to February 2020. In this role, they managed the development team and played a key role in architecting, building, and maintaining Gooroo's platforms and technical infrastructure. Glenn also led the creation of commercial SaaS products in areas such as People Analytics and Market Analytics.

Prior to Gooroo.io, Glenn worked at Telstra Health as a Senior Developer/Team Lead from April 2016 to February 2017 and at Hills Limited as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2015 to April 2016.

Earlier in their career, Glenn worked at Health Management Systems (Australia) from July 2013 to June 2015 as a Technical Lead, from August 2010 to July 2013 as a Senior Developer, and from January 2007 to August 2010 as a Software Developer. Glenn also worked at Options Technology Solutions as a Software Developer from December 2005 to January 2007.

Glenn H. has a degree in Computer Science from Monash University. Additionally, they hold a certification in Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) from Scrum.org.
