Mukta Puranik

Mukta Puranik, CPA has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting. They currently hold the position of Director of Global Finance at BrandEd Holdings, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the New Jersey Turnpike Authority from 2015 to 2022, where they held various roles such as Comptroller (Deputy CFO), Assistant Comptroller, and General Accounting Manager.

Before joining the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, Mukta worked at EXL as a Lead Assistant Manager - Finance from 2013 to 2015. They also gained experience as a Staff Accountant at Acuity Brands from 2012 to 2013 and as a Cost and Management Accountant at 3xr Inc from 2010 to 2012.

Their earliest work experience was at SPACEWOOD Furnishers Pvt Ltd, where they served as a Staff Accountant. In this role, they managed the company's finances, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.

Mukta's career began as a Mortgage Loan Officer at HDFC Limited in 2002.

Mukta Puranik, CPA holds a Master's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Nagpur University - India. Mukta also obtained an Associate's degree in Cost and Management Accounting from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Nagpur University - India. Mukta also holds certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy.
