Rachael Laurilliard

Rachael Laurilliard is an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager at BrandEd Holdings, where Rachael manages technology projects for various institutions. Prior to this role, Rachael worked at ICF as a Project Manager, leading community development efforts and partner relationships. Rachael also has experience as a Senior Community Development Specialist, Analyst, and Research Assistant. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia. In addition, Rachael has worked as an Energy Consultant supporting community outreach initiatives for energy efficiency and solar power installation.
