Steven Gambardella has a strong background in marketing and brand management. Steven is currently working as the Global Head of Marketing Operations at BrandEd Holdings, where they oversee the delivery of education programs by industry leaders from various global brands. Prior to this, Steven served as the Director of Growth Marketing at BrandEd Holdings from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining BrandEd Holdings, Steven worked at Imperial War Museums as the Head of Marketing and Brand from 2016 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing marketing strategies and brand development across five different museums.

From 2012 to 2016, Steven held the position of Director of Global Marketing at Sotheby's Institute of Art. Steven also served as the Senior Marketing Manager - Digital from 2012 to 2015. At Sotheby's Institute of Art, they played a key role in promoting arts education programs and integrating market expertise with art historical scholarship.

Prior to their time at Sotheby's, Steven worked as the Digital Marketing Manager at English National Opera from 2011 to 2012. Steven also served as the Multimedia Manager at IdeasTap from 2010 to 2011, where they acted as the product manager for the organization's professional networking and editorial website.

Steven's career began at Horniman Museum & Gardens, where they worked as a Website Editor from 2009 to 2010.

Steven Gambardella obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with First Class Honours in Fine Art and Art History from Goldsmiths, University of London from 1998 to 2001. Steven then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in History of Art at UCL in 2005-2006. After that, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in History of Art at UCL from 2006 to 2010. In 2020, they also completed a Mini-MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Birkbeck, University of London. In 1997-1998, Gambardella completed an Art and Design Foundation course at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
