Aaron Singer

Aaron served as the Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary of Boxed, an end-to-end e-commerce tech platform. As a core member of Boxed’s executive leadership team, Aaron took leading roles in all strategic initiatives and the development of Boxed’s businesses, including its DTC storefront, third-party marketplace, private brand (Prince & Spring), and the launch of its unique SaaS offering for other retailers. Before Boxed, Aaron spent more than 8 years at Latham & Watkins LLP as a senior attorney.
