Brian Gibbons

Brian Gibbons has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Brian is currently the Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at BRANDED, where they lead the supply chain for US based brands and establishes a supply chain network for the US region. Prior to this, they were the Owner/President of Advantage Supply Chain Solutions LLC, where they focused on improving supply chain management to create a competitive advantage for businesses. From 2018 to 2021, Brian served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Interparfums, where they led global operations for the US division and achieved significant improvements in planning, inventory management, and warehouse distribution. Before that, they held various leadership roles at Coty Inc., including Regional Initiatives Leader, Director of Category Supply Planning, Director of New Product Development, and Manager of New Product Development. Brian also has experience as a Platform Planner at L'Oreal USA. Overall, their career highlights include implementing process improvements, reducing inventory, and successfully managing major fragrance launches.

Brian Gibbons attended Lehigh University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In April 2021, they also obtained a certification in "Implementing Lean: A Case Study" from LinkedIn.
