Nancy Winship

Nancy Winship serves as the Faculty Director of the Graduate Commons Program at Harvard University since July 2015 and has been the Chief Philanthropic Adviser to Brandeis University's President Ron Liebowitz, where responsibilities include overseeing fundraising and alumni relations since October 1994. In addition, Nancy holds the position of Senior Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Brandeis and is a member of the President’s Cabinet. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President for Endowment & Development at Combined Jewish Philanthropies from February 1992 to September 1994, managing a significant campaign, and as Associate Director of Planned and Major Gifts at Northwestern University from August 1987 to March 1992. Educational background includes pursuing graduate studies in sociology at Harvard University and obtaining a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, along with a high school education at Newton South High School.
