Caren Lane

Caren Lane has had a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Caren is currently serving as a Senior Art Director at BrandEra Inc. since March 2022. Prior to that, they owned and served as the Creative Director of Blast Design Works from January 2019 to June 2022. From November 2001 to June 2022, they were the Owner and Creative Director of RED. a design group. Caren also held the role of Owner from November 2001 to January 2012 and Principal from January 2001 to January 2012 at RED. a design group, where they were responsible for designing and producing print, packaging, and interactive materials for business clients, managing production budgets and schedules, art directing photography and illustration, overseeing print direction, and general business management.

Caren has also worked as a member of AAF Fort Worth from 1989 to 2017. Additionally, they served as a Senior Art Director at Javelin Marketing Group from January 2012 to December 2014, Art Director at NCH from October 1998 to October 2001, and Art Director at Impact Advertising Group from October 1998 to October 2001.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Designer at The LaChapelle Agency from January 1994 to January 1999 and as a Designer from 1993 to 1998. Caren also worked as a Production Artist at Phillips Agency from January 1989 to January 1992 and as a Layout Artist at Tandy Corporation from January 1987 to January 1989.

Caren Lane attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1982 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Art - Communication Design. Additionally, in February 2019, they obtained a certification in Historically Underutilized Business from the Comptroller State Of Texas.
