Aaron Anderson

Aaron Anderson has a diverse work experience, primarily in the defense industry. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at Brandes Associates as a Corporate Operations Manager, where they focused on developing and supporting the company's long-term business strategy and internal development initiatives. During this time, Aaron successfully managed large Prime contracts, reorganized and modernized company business processes, and achieved significant company growth.

In 2010, Aaron returned to Brandes Associates as the Director of Business Operations. In this role, they oversaw corporate operations for a $15M+ business, built a competent Human Resources team, and led corporate strategic planning efforts resulting in business growth and operational cost reductions.

From 2013 to 2018, Aaron served as the Vice President of Operations at Agile Empowerment Technologies. Aaron led a multidisciplinary team in taking the company's operations from startup to growth stage, achieving over 300% growth on a three-year average. Aaron also managed a complex software integration program, from requirements gathering to product delivery, working with multiple software vendors for the intelligence community.

In 2018, Aaron became the President of Brandes Associates, where they are currently responsible for leading the company.

Aaron Anderson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics at UC Santa Barbara. Aaron then pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Riverside - A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management.
