Kelsey S. began their career in 2007 as a University House Student HR Assistant at the University of Arkansas, where they assisted the Events and Human Resources coordinators in everyday activities as a student worker. In 2009, they became an Executive Assistant for a Private Household, managing an executive's home of four with two young children (and a dog). From 2012 to 2013, Kelsey worked as a Youth Care Coordinator at Piney Ridge Treatment Center, LLC, where they assisted in therapeutic activities for up to 20 residents at a time. Kelsey then moved on to Stinar Zendejas Gaithe, PLLC in 2013 as a File Clerk/Paralegal. From 2014 to 2017, Kelsey worked as a Recruiter - Pikes Peak Region at GSCO, where they identified, documented, and implemented accurate recruitment plans and trainings for the Pikes Peak region. In 2017, they became a Bespoke Trip Lead and Personal Vacation Advisor at Inspirato, where they oversaw collaborative processes to fulfill product demands and developed relationships with clients. From 2019 to 2022, Kelsey worked as an Independent Consultant and Freelance Copywriter and Data Analyst. Her key functions included identifying and executing robust strategies for new organizational systems, including CRM management and SOPs to ensure client success. Currently, Kelsey is an Implementation Team Lead and Implementation Specialist at Brandfolder by Smartsheet.
