Adam H.

Adam H. has worked in various roles since 1999. Their first job was as a Senior Consultant at RCMS Ltd, where they specialized in the design and development of web-based systems that gave employees role based access to HR data locked in either SAP R/3 or PeopleSoft. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at TAH as a Senior Consultant, where they worked on the design and development of the 'Fusion' solutions and a range of mostly web-based bespoke systems for various customers. In 2006, Adam H. began working at AREVA T&D as a Senior Business Software Analyst, where they operated in an international team using Scrum to develop .NET based software to manage devices that control electrical transmission and distribution networks. Finally, from 2010 to the present, Adam H. has worked at Elateral as an Integration Manager and Senior Business Analyst. In this role, they have worked closely with primarily global blue chip FMCG, Pharma, Financial Services and Hospitality customers with requirements to integrate their systems to Elateral's solutions, and has achieved multiple successful incoming and outgoing integrations with various systems.

Adam H. obtained their Master of Science (MSc) in Information System Design from the University of Westminster between 1997 and 1998. Adam then went on to earn their BSc (Hons) in Applied Biological Sciences from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 1990 and 1994. In March 2019, Adam H. was awarded the Freshdesk product expert certification from Freshworks.
