Olivia K. has over 20 years of experience in the food industry, starting as a Manager of Research and Development at English Bay Batter, Inc. in 2000. Olivia then worked as a Sr. Scientist at Hillshire Brands before becoming the CEO of SKU Foods, LLC in 2014. Olivia currently holds the position of National Retail Sales Director at Branding Iron Holdings, Inc.

Olivia K. pursued a degree in Science with a specialization in Food Science at McGill University - Macdonald Campus. In 2013, they obtained certifications in HACCP and SQF Practitioner Training from the International HACCP Alliance. In 2011, they became a Certified DDI Instructor through Development Dimensions International.
